Police Officers Taser Uncooperative Man on BART Train

The video is of an incident that happened at around 10 PM on January 29th involving BART police and a drunk man on a Millbrae-bound BART train. The man is tased after refusing to obey the officer's orders to leave the train at the 0:30 mark and later tased again at the 2:50 mark as a group of officers are arresting him. The man was arrested for violating his parole, resisting arrest and public intoxication.
