when the cop smacked guy, in my mind I was torn. You would want to fight back, and if the cop had been by himself I might have. There is absolutely no telling what you do in that situation. It is almost like your parents hitting you when you are a late teenager. My mom used to do it, and I got to a point where I wasn't taking it anymore and we tussled (don't judge, my mom and my relationship is fractured because I look like my father whom she hates and I am treated worse than my other two siblings)
I don't know what I would have done in that situation, but anything you could think of is lose lose. You don't think about winning the lawsuit after getting bitch smacked. You want to fuck something up.

The cop can't search the car, whether the kid knows he can't is irrelevant and if he searched it anyway sheeeesh the level of his (cop) problems will be astronomical. This shit pisses me off because that cop has about 4 to 5 service stripes on meaning he has been on the department anywhere from 16 to 25 years so he damn well know better.

Resigning with that number of service stripes means that he did it to preserve his pension.

Looking at this shit makes me sick. People need to be psychologically checked before they hit the force because a lot seem more aggressive than usual and distant of real life on where they are placed when they graduate.

My father was a Marine and I watched Moms just go after him like he was another woman. This man was a bad ass and it took everything he had not to drop her so I knew after the divorce, I was next. Moms would jump up and take swings at me at will. One day I ducked, she tripped over the inn table and fell into the wall face first. Next thing I know my uncles all calling the house talking about how they gonna fuck me up, teach me how to be a lesson like a man and this and that not even knowing this abuse had become so routine at 17 I wasnt having it no more. Matter fact I was to the point fighting where I started putting cats to sleep or just ducking and avoiding blows - from anybody - niggas, white niggas, my poor uncles (trying to rep her), moms and even a black cop. I got arrested for resisting arrest when the cop tried to punch me a few times and I ducked every blow. I ran behind his partner - A WHITE COP - who stopped the shit from going down. A day later, I was out, judge tossed my charges and everything - I was 18.
Come to find out years later that moms first love was a narc - the VERY same black cop who tried to beat me down - he had done that shit to her for years before I was born.
Good. But not enough.
