Police: Man held 8 women against their will inside Atlanta home, lures them with $

there are chicks living in their cars and SUV's in FEDEX parking lot many times a night.

but i'm surprised it went down like that, if anything the story should have been dude couldn't get rid of them because of that occupancy law and how you just can't kick someone out. guy i know in atlanta has a business doing stone floor polishing, like when you go to sam's club and the concrete floors are polished.. dude makes very good money about 30k per store or something..

met a atl chick who was homeless called himself helping her out

ended up being in a relationship, she moved in with him..together for a few years...got tired of her ways and attitude broke off the relationship but couldn't kick her out of the house. did the eviction filing and everything, judge refused it, from what i understand the state didn't want to put up with another homeless woman or something i dunno... he couldn't get rid of her. only thing he could do was let his house go into foreclosure and move out.

she was still squatting in the house after the fact for a while, no lights no water, no heat, fucked up the plumbing real bad from what i understand, got to the point she was living in her van in the garage at night til the police finally took her off the property. last i heard she parks in the fedex parking lot at night and sleep with the rest of them
:smh:

Not dismissed fully, the Judge left it up to a grand jury.
How does that work? I thought it was that this judge/court dismissed 11 counts, and the only way to continue to pursue those charges is for the grand jury to pick up the case/charges and formally indict.
Correct?

I also don't think that weapons charge will stick. It's perfectly legal to have a weapon in your home in GA, no license, no permits, no registration required.

Wait

So the 'victim' said to 911 that she could come and go, the other girls could come and go, that they wanted to be there, and he still arrested for trafficking? The whole point of that is involuntarily being held captive and moved. Her parents knew where she was! What the fuck?

...sigh...

He should have some kind of recourse

He should have some kind of recourse

I'm.. I'm not ok with this.... coming from you, Mel.

What did I just read?

Y'all can stop with the bullshit. Homie was pimping them hoes. He could have had them working at Mcdonald's and it's still pimping. It doesn't have to be anything illegal. It's doesn't matter that they are hoes. What pimp don't let their hoes leave? Can't make money sitting around the house.

LOL

All I'm saying is, the situation is funny. Let's say, dude was priming these chicks to be shipped to some overseas fuck factory. This girl calling 911 did not give that information. Nothing she said in the transcript was completely damning to dude. She could have left - she was leaving - the other girls could have left, everyone wanted to stay...she didn't start dancing, (unless I missed it she never said sex she said dancing), because she had surgery done. If that as all she wanted, or if she realized this was not the place for her, she was thinking with her pussy. Surely, not her mind. Men think with their dicks all the time!

Maybe she had a come to Jesus meeting with herself. Who knows. But if you realize that your pussy moves got you in someplace that you don't want to be, and you can leave, just leave. Move on with your life. The next woman who actually escapes from somewhere is going to get doubted from here to Mars because now the start of a pattern is established. Dudes will pull this scenario next time they caught, (no matter if this current dude just wanted his own personal harem or not), and the women will not be believed. "You could have left anytime." "He let you call Ubers and Lyfts." What I wish is that this chick called 911 and said "He sends women to Dubai, he puts us on Amtrak, there is a boat, we go to-", but that isn't the case. She sounds like she made a bad decision and she doesn't want to face it.

I really hope when all the details of this gets out that it really isn't as bad as it seems on the outside. I really do. I'm just one of those people where if you going to bring in the police and accuse people, bring evidence. If I got to do it at work, surely you could have done so while living in the house where the evidence is. SOMETHING. That's the little piece of this that scares me...
