Hugh Hefner's ex wife Kimberly Conrad is suing the porn mogul after he reportedly went back on their pre-nuptial agreement.

The former Playboy Playmate married Hefner in 1989 and they have two sons, Marston and Cooper.

The pair split in 1998 but never divorced, with the relationship staying amicable and Conrad residing near Hefner's Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills.

However, Hefner has reportedly gone against their amended pre-nup deal by trying to sell Conrad's home, and giving her nine months to move out.

According to TMZ.com, Conrad filed a suit against her ex at L.A. Superior Court after Hefner decided he would not honor their initial agreement anymore - and also claims he owes her more than $5 million.

6 Costly Myths About Prenuptial Agreements

Myth #4 - Prenuptial agreements won’t be upheld by the courts. No. Although courts occasionally do invalidate prenups, these are normally ones prepared without the help of attorneys, or ones where there was coercion in getting one partner’s signature. If you have a properly drafted prenup, and there was no duress, it is likely that your prenuptial agreement will stand up in court.

My man.

You speak the truth. They just want the fast food version of knowledge.

I suspect for many on this board there were too many long words in that short spit you aired.

Keeping doing the right thing!

Hugh, of all people should have never got married. If he wanted a family, there's plenty of women who would have been cool w/ fucking w/ him without signing that damn contract.
