Plain Clothes Cop Push Teen Girl To Ground For Interfering With Arrest Of Shoplifter
A woman was stopped by police for shoplifting. The plain clothes officer assisted the uniformed officer. A teen ran and interfered with the officers making the arrest. The plain clothes cop pushed the teen girl down. Another male hit the plain clothes officer and was tased.
