Phone Numbers

I have an Excel file of home owner addresses, what tool out there can I use to get the phone numbers? I tested whitepages.com but I would have to input each in by hand. I am looking for a script or something where I can load the Excel file in a database and have the script do the work. Any suggestions would help.

Ok I found the app which will enable me to find phone numbers based on address locations. If anyone needs to make a targeted mailing list with phone numbers, IM me and we can do business.
