dude tried to carjack a lady in her range rover a few blocks down and had hopped on to the back of her truck and was holding on... when the lady passed me by she was hysterical mouthing the words help me... so i called E.C. police on the phone...

I believe it. E.C city hall is a small ass building .Across the street from Windermere rapid station. Shit looks pathetic.

i was there when they were building that bish.

was there when it opened.

was there when it lost the Walmart about 3 months later.

the giant eagle is still there along with a full strip mall right in front of it.

i heard it closed due to faulty construction.

they opened a new one in Steelyard Commons almost immediately after.

They still have all the restaurants around there. Applebees, steak and shake, and so on. The project was greenlighted by a greedy ass mayor who put his people on for the contract and they made millions. He then retired to another state. Typical politics. Happened right before feds came here and cleaned house. Still don't know how he wasn't indicted.

The sad part is that road they were supposed to be is still sitting there uncompleted to this day. The clowns finally erected barricades in the GE parking lot so goons wouldn't hop on the freeway and creep to try to rob the store. If the feds had started their investigation earlier, CityView never gets built.

East cleveland is a joke because of the crooked politicians. Sadly, much like Cleveland proper, black politicians been screwing over the residents for decades. East cleveland running the pockets of residents for traffic camera money and owes the fucking company a million. Garfield and east cleveland tried to blackmail voters into voting for traffic cams saying they'd cut services. White folks in garfield voted no and kicked out the incompetents. EC fell for it and voted yes. Like the only place in the country to vote for cameras.

East cleveland has all black cops(last I checked) and they damn near as bad as the cac Cleveland cops.
