Pawlenty quits Romney campaign to head bank lobby group

Tim Pawlenty has resigned as a national co-chairman of Republican Mitt Romney's presidential campaign to lobby for Wall Street. He has also ruled out a run for governor or Senate in Minnesota in 2014. The Financial Services Roundtable said in a press release that Pawlenty was stepping down from the campaign because the group is a bipartisan organization.​

Mitts not done yet but if the GOP and his own campaing keep signalling that he is, he really doesn't stand a chance.

This should be the be the bigger story... the revolving door between Washington and private industry. Is it any wonder the whole political process is "for sale".

Dems and Repubs are just as guilty of this. Republicans are a little more whorish but not by much.
