Let them keep living, it will get worse. The older they get the more difficult it becomes to understand their way of thinking.

Example: Why make 5 cakes (4, 3-layers & 1 pound) for Christmas when only 3 people live in the house and your not expecting company? There's still like 2 1/2 cakes at the house drying out.

I am sorry to hear that.

I am grateful that my parents are still with me, (or rather that I am still with them ), but the older you get you try to grow into your own person. And as you do you realize that the veil of childhood is slowly disappearing, (kinda like how you realize the rest of your family is as fucked up as everyone elses the older you get?). I'm not saying that my parents are fucked up but their way of thinking has been brought to my attention more and more and I don't share most of their tips for living. So I wonder if there are others like them out there or are they just a pair in a million.


They CAN'T be the only ones that think like they do...

That's what I wanted to do. However it is more of a personal testament to individualism than anything else.
