Paramount To Launch Streaming Service On March 4th To Rival Netflix And Disney.....

SEAL Team

8/10

7 seasons

I started binge watching this series last year during the Hollywood strikes.

I started the final season 7 a couple of weeks ago on the road and finished last night.

Pretty decent series. Lots of action in majority of the episodes with good suspense and thrills.

The series handled serious issues in relation to the military in a good way without being preachy and keeping it simple if you are not familiar with military life.

The final season closed out all the major characters plot lines without being rushed.

The series ended for a possible spin-off series. The series is heavily based around the “War on Terror”, being that is pretty much dead in real life, the final season dealt with the changes in future warfare that America will experience.

Lots of the military action is Hollywood, so it’s not 100% technically correct, but looks believable.

Synopsis

Failure isn't an option for the new Navy SEALs, and that kind of pressure can take a toll on the members of the special operations forces' most elite unit.

This team - which includes Jason, the group's intense leader, and Ray, Jason's longtime confidant, along with loyal soldier Sonny and SEAL hopeful Clay - trains, plans and executes some of the most dangerous, high-stakes missions and deploys for clandestine missions around the globe at a moment's notice.

While serving their country is a worthy and rewarding cause, it can put a strain on the SEALs and their families, causing the guys to look out for one another in the face of seemingly overwhelming odds, both on and off the job.

Thank you for this. It's difficult to commit time to a long running series and we'll thought out breakdown helps a lot in the decision making. I'm a fan if the lead since Buffy I just never has time to commit.

I just caught up with FBI most wanted.

Damn. Seedbox cost $5 a month and get to keep the content. They turning this streaming shit into TV for suckers. :smh: Ain't nothing like controlling your own content ---especially if you got kids.

The prices you just quoted are LONG gone. Each one probably tripled by now

Netflix Reportedly Planning Bid To Buy Warner Bros.

By Abigail Stevens
September 19, 2025

…After Paramount CEO David Ellison's "presumptive all-cash bid for Warner Bros. Discovery," Puck's Dylan Byers has followed up to reveal that "a well-placed Hollywood source called to suggest [...] that Netflix was also considering a bid for David Zaslav's [WBD CEO and president] assets."

Byers acknowledges that this scenario was once "implausible," but that "Ellison's seemingly limitless cash and ambition have accelerated Hollywood's consolidation process, and his decision to bid for all of WBD now—in an attempt to preempt potential rivals—is forcing nearly everyone to dust off their models."…

Behind closed doors, Hollywood is shuffling its biggest pieces. Bloomberg reports unsolicited interest swirling around Warner Bros Discovery, with Netflix testing the waters as Comcast keeps watch. The prize spans HBO Max and marquee franchises from Harry Potter and DC to The Lord of the Rings, a cache that could reset streaming’s balance of power. After Amazon’s MGM buy, the real suspense is who makes the next decisive move.…

Makes sense...

Netflix need a movie studio to produce TV and films similar to Amazon and MGM Studios ..

And they would get HBO, News / CNN and Tuner Sports with MLB and NHL

It makes them part of the The Big 5...

Skydance shouldn't be allowed to own two Major Studios...

20th Century....ABC .. Disney
Universal... NBC ..Comcast
Paramount... CBS... Skydance
Warner Bros... Netflix
Columbia... Sony

MGM... Prime... Amazon
