Here I show you in detail how to cook them right. "Take a look before you cook" I knew there was not another recipe better than this one because I have had them all. This is a recipe that most would not share the so called "family recipe" handed down from Big Red to me. This is how they were prepared by my late Grandmother, also this is a meal that my mother will eat and has to use her fingers to get in those tight places.
