Dwight Howard revealed this morning that he will not be signing his extension but will become a free agent.

This is strange because Dwight was believed to be willing to sign a contract extension but things have changed since his trip to Moscow.

Where he accompany The Nets Dancers and Utah Jazz forward AK-47. (who many believed will be a net this summer.)

Orlando Officials believed sometime during his trip Dwight was approached by The Russian or his representatives.

alex kennedy orlando insider tweeted is saying the magic want the league to investigate.

Well Deron got an undisclosed amount to host a basketball clinic in Russia. So I wouldn't be shocked if the Russian told AK 47 to drop off a package to dwight

I would prefer Tayshon Prince instead of AK47 because of that championship experience and deron wont make him cry like he did to AK47

They have a thing called hard cap u know what the owners and stern are fighting for so that means teams over the cap will no be able to sign players

Shit, at one point, there were talking about doing away with the Bird Exception. I don't think it was serious, but it was tossed out there.

I saw that stern and the owners are go crazy with this. Orlando has to trade dwight now. Dude on nba.com is saying it will take a title for dwight to stay now.

Florida No State Income tax and No Local taxes are very good for nba ballers.

Dwight home and son are in Orlando.

It wont be easy to leave Orlando as some may think:yes::yes:

So he trades No state income tax and great weather for The Nets with New york tax rates and a team no closer to a championship. Doesnt make sense.

More likely Deron or Chris paul sign with Orlando. Gilbert contract they will find a way around that. Gilbert is only bad move orlando really messed up on. Florida attracts NBA free agents like BEES to HONEY!!

This is what cats dont understand no contract is unmoveable.....hell gilbert and rashard switch places.

The NBA CBA might have a clause to allow a team to have one player contract not count against the cap....Follow the CBA

Two trades could happen for example Richard hamilton and someelse for gilbert...

The gilbert deal isnt as bad the media would have you to believe.....Gilbert is 29 and rashard is 31....both where making 20 million a year.....Either way Orlando took a risk....Rashard aint doing nuthin in Washington.

Remember stephen jackson, ron artest....No player is unmoveable....Deals are discussed all the time

You still havent answered why would Dwight leave No income tax and great weather, his son and house........For Higher taxes in New york,New york incme taxes is like what 11 percent to 18 percent OMG!! bad weather and no closer to a championship.....What reasons would Dwight leave Orlando for really????????

Yep. I think he is pulling a move. He is saying he wants to stay but wants to win a championship and if u saw Otis Smith comments basically saying is not making any changes and that what this current team needs is time and chemistry
 
Good for him. This is a great move and one that bodes well for the players in terms of negotiating the new CBA. It was the owners intent to dissuade players from attempting to test free agency and encourage them to sign extensions and stay with their current teams. Howard is basically saying "fuck it, i realize im gonna lose money by not signing that extension before the cba expires but imma do this my way and take my chances". Good for him.

Orlando needs to get realistic and just go to him and work on finding a trade partner so they can atleast get something out of the deal while they can.

I read the orlando paper this morning OTIS Said he was making changes but this team has only been together for a half season..... so he wont let a first round lost cause him to panic

What if Dallas after the Golden state first round Blew the team up.....Otis is smart dont be fooled.
