I was almost interested …. he puts his own BBQ seasoning ….. which he doesn't tell you how to make …. and you have to eyeball the rest of the ingredients ….

Used to be a joint called "Brothers BBQ" in Newark …. absolutely slammin' sauce …. joint burned down … the cook that made the sauce opened his own spot in East Orange …. they sell the sauce for $27/gal …. a bargain price when you consider that a 16oz jar of decent BBQ sauce in the supermarket costs like $3.99 …. I get to cook ribs my way …. and use even better ribs/chicken then he has and put the sauce on them … marinate the meat my way too
