Harvard Graphics
DBase IV
Word Perfect 5.1
Amongst others, I still use everyday:
Honorary mention to:
MusicMatch (don't have it any more but I miss it)
RealPlayer (don't have it any more but I don't miss it)
I tend to stick with software until there's something clearly better to replace it.
For me 7zip is just as good as winrar, without the constant requests to send in money.
vlc replaced just about every video player that wasn't already built into windoze.
winamp had it's day, but honestly I stream most of my music from my local cloud thru google play or chromecast.
MS Paint is probably the oldest program I use on a regular basis whenever I need to do a quick resisze or crop without loading up picasso or photoshop.
I kinda wish I had a copy of Corel Draw for vector graphic manipulation. Never got used to Illustrator
Edit: I still use imgburn and convertXtoDVD latest versions for the occasional DVD for older family members
I still use infranview, I prefer it to the default windows pic viewerYep winrar, and before that winzip, and ConvertXtoDVD stay essential everyday use. As well as Paint and Office2007
yall reminded me of a few I'd forgot I have/used to have, like HJsplit, IrfanView, Spybot,
popupstopper, tuneup utilities,
