That's like trying to recast Ginger & Mary Ann for modern audiences. Sure, you can easily find women in Hollywood who look just as hot & sexy as Tina Louise and Dawn Wells were, but it's about much MORE than their looks. It's about the energy, the creativity and the presentation these women bought to those roles at that time in history. Those women created those characters.
In today's society, any actress would only be doing a recreation of those original characters. It can't be done...
Also, I Dream of Jeannie would NEVER work today.
A show about an all powerful woman willingly and happily being subservient to a White man and calling him "master".
Think about it. I Dream of Jeannie was really "a straight man's power fantasy", about a beautiful woman being in love with a man and who's willing to do just about anything to please that man. It's literally a snapshot in time.
It's a premise that can't be successfully recreated today nor does it need to be.
Besides, Barbra Eden was perfect for that role and there ain't no one who could possibly fill the shoes of this ultra sexy woman....

If I was looking for someone who favors her, I'd pick Julie Benz, the main character's wife in, "Dexter". She looks good and I think could pull off the "dizzy blond" role.
