Queen, this muthafuckas are really fuckin' with my damn chi right now! I am dead shittin'!

I know its supposed to be satire but its a dumping ground for white paranoia...those digs about Al Sharpton being an appointee, portraying Obama as stupid and dependent on white folks to wipe his ass, and most damaging implying a trust between him and the middle eastern countries. Wow- clearly no Obama fans there.

Re: Okay, It's All Too Obvious That SNL Is In The Tank For Hillary Clinton!!! WTF?!!!

Hillary is a Senator from NY. Is it really any surprise that she has support from SNL, which is based in NYC?

I don't depend on SNL or any TV show for that matter to tell me who I should/shouldn't vote for. Is their endorsement really that credible?

It's just not that serious.

Re: Okay, It's All Too Obvious That SNL Is In The Tank For Hillary Clinton!!! WTF?!!!

They sacrificed humor and all that to hype up Hillary and tear down Obama.

Your both underestimating the influence of SNL and it's sister company news media channels (NBC & MSNBC's) proliferation of this line of propaganda_ including other news outlets as well examining the merits of their skits_ AND overestimating the intelligence of the average American voter. It IS that credible and most political pundits/observers agree.

Fine. I say all is fair in politics then. Look at the outrageous amount of support Obama gets from celebrities and musicians. He has videos on Youtube, Oprah's endorsement, etc. etc. Hillary has SNL. Doesn't it all even out?

C/S both of these ... I'm not really into the politics over there but seriously Hilary Clinton has been disappointing me with her sneaky tactics ... I wouldn't have expected that type of behavious from her:smh: ... but then again she is married to a man that threw bombs to avoid people asking him if he fucked an ugly sket in the White House with a cigar:smh:

No. You're comparing official endorsements for Obama to SNL's back door endorsement_ in which they have the veil of unbiased, neutral satire, when infact they're lobbying for Hillary Clinton. If they want to make their support official, just do so and people will judge their 'satire' for what it really is: political propaganda. More importantly news outlets/pundits should not receive their talking points from their sister sketch comedy program... It should be the other way around.Instead it's one for all and all for one.

Eh, ok. I guess I see what you are saying. I still feel that SNL's backdoor endorsement as you call it doesn't stand for much. I immediately recognized it as political propaganda, and I think a lot of people do as well. I just can't get up in arms about it because the outpouring of love for Obama has been stifling, and IMO it's nice to see a different POV.

Damn, you find 'the outpouring of love' for him stifling? How cynical are we when a person who, by all accounts, deserves the love he inspires in his supporters is in turn ridiculed for being inspirational? That's deep. Especially when 'kitchen sink' strategizing (i.e. mudslinging), character assassination and scurrilous propaganda is a welcomed POV in contrast to a positive movement? Wow... :smh: Well, let's just agree to disagree about that part.

Come on now. I love "the movement" just as much as anyone else. But it's extremely interesting to see the absolute hatred people have for this woman, but the love and tenderness they have for Obama. People have been bashing Hillary for years and years and years. MANY Obama supporters act like this man is the second coming of Christ. I'm all for handholding and togetherness. But he's just man, not some savior. And what's wrong with being scrutinized, anyways? If he's so great, he should be able to take it.

The part you're not including in your assessment of their public personas, is that they both earned their 'treatment'. Hillary is a victim of herself. I won't bore you with the litany of charges, scandals and out right disastrous political situations Hillary put herself in. Barack has yet to stack up a fraction of the dirt pile that Hillary has. More importantly, he has absolutely nothing to do with the way the public loathes her... she caused that. On the other hand she's going well out of her way to bring Barack down to her level in the public eye. She'd rather win as the lesser of two evils than to lose to a good candidate.

Let me put it this way: Supposed you were my new girlfriend. Would it make any sense for me to judge you by the same standard as my lying, cheating, stealing, full of shit, scandalous, fast mouthed, dumbass, tore up pussied, can't cook or give decent head, my mama never liked her ass anyway ex-girlfriend? Until you take on those qualities, isn't it only fair that you receive the love/treatment you've earned, instead of being treated as equals with a chick who had her chance and blew it?

Hillary Clinton had 16 years to make her case to the public, but they're choosing Barack instead. If you've ever had to deal with a retarded ass ex-girlfriend who couldn't have me, but don't want you to have me either, you'd know exactly why people are telling Hillary to "kick rocks bitch, before PrincessC come out here and whoop yo' funky ass!" LOL!!!

Hilarious analogy. And point well taken. Clearly, I have no case (and no desire to defend Hillary). But I still think that SNL has had some funny skits with regards to this situation.

I don't think that SNL or any satirist or comedian tries to put on a veil of being "unbiased" when performing their humor. Is Chris Rock or even better, Bill Maher pretending to be unbiased in their monologues? No one has complained for the past 7+ years when Leno, Letterman, O'Brien, Stewart, (and even SNL!) have ripped apart Bush and company in their comic bits and sketches.

I think the 3AM skit pointed out the whole stupidity of Hillary's attempt to raise fear with the ad to begin with. If the point of the skit was to promote Hillary (who looked real promotable in the face mask!), then the people who they are trying to "sway" (if they are that gullible) should not be allowed to vote -- and they are the type of people that should be kept away from heavy machinery as well.

Consider that SNL's main base is younger viewers (which is a core Obama strength), is the skit actually swaying someone's opinion on whom to vote for to be the Democratic nominee for President? Do people really believe that Putin (Or now Medvedev I guess) will be calling the White House directly at 3AM? And that the President will be making a "snap decision" without first being advised on the situation in 27 different ways by every advisor he/she picked (whom I would hope are experts in various areas he/she picked to begin with?)

Re: Okay, It's All Too Obvious That SNL Is In The Tank For Hillary Clinton!!! WTF?!!!

30 seconds or so into the clip and I clicked the X on the corner. I can't watch stupidity. The problem is that SNL can get away with the shit to the tune of "it's just comedy". For me this simply solidifies what Obama's up against. Bitch shows face on the show and the bringing down of a great candidate, makes you wonder if some "under the table" promises were made. I don't put anything past this Beast of Billary, but when the smoke clears we all know Obama in '08 is too strong an impact.

I can only repeat what I've said before PrincessC. :hmm:
