Ok NOW Who’s at fault here

The pendejo in the suv actually did have his "impossible to see" turn signals on but...cutoff biker w/o giving him anytime to react..

No indicator turning is just dead wrong.
You gotta admit ...... would it really had made a difference" I'd bet good money that the bike rider wouldn't have slowed down ..... look at the way that he was peddling ..... I know that being a New Yorker you've seen it happen dozens of times... they gives no fucks
sidebar: after watching again a couple of times.... .. dude on that bike had enough time to stop in my opinion... he should be happy that it was just that bike and not his legs :dunno:

The biker did not drive defensively enough. The bike design is a fixed sprocket, meaning that the pedals always move when bike is moving. In other words, the pedals are his brakes and he could not just hit the brakes like a normal bike.
Take a close look at the bike on the ground, there are no brakes. I rode a bike like this, you must ride super defensive.

Bikers fault. The car had successfully pulled into the lane may have been only for a few seconds before they made their turn but they had the lane. Biker should have slowed down but he looked to have been speeding up to block the car.
