I will take the Cowboys current position over giants 10 out of 10 times.

Cowboys, similar to Steelers, have major issues when they throw the ball over 35 or 40 times in games. I agree, traditionally, all Cowboys good teams depended on controlling time possession and being good on 3rd down. If Zeke is not healthy, and Pollard gets hurt, it forces Dak to throw too much. Its a recipe for disaster, no doubt. All that being said, if Dak, and all the recievers and tight ends are healthy down the stretch, they should be in much better position to overcome a weaker run game. 2 or 3 wins probably locks up the Division with the Eagles losing yesterday.
Now where I don't agree is the Giants getting 7 seed, too many teams ahead of them. They will not win the Division, might be lucky to get near .500, the playoffs are out of the question. It would take the whole division to collapse for the Giants to win the Division. They have a lot of winnable games left, but not enough to overtake everybody in the Division. Cowboys might collapse, but Washington and the Eagles are not just gonna roll over to the Giants.
