Alright fam here's the story. Everyday I drive pass a vacant bar on my way to work. The location is decent, parking shouldn't be a problem. There's two apartments on top of the bar, so I can get some great rental income. I know a little bit about renovations. But I'm stuck on one thing, the liquor license.
