Can accomodate 2 people in one room.Full size futon available to put on the outside of the basement area.The entire house has been completely renovated.Details about the accamadations:-Newly remodeled bedroom with a full size bed,new private shower with 2heads and extra large cabin. New Jacuzzi hot tub that accomodates up to 5 people 2 dvd players,laundry room access also Professional Dry Cleaning services(pick-up & delivery services available)-newly remodeled kitchen available upon request-Meals catered professionally at an additional fee-(Wife is a chef by trade)-this unit available for $2,500 a week (arrangements can be made for a 3day minium stay)Special Request:NO SMOKING OR PETS PLEASE. A 50%deposit is preferred to be paid by check or postal money order for the deposit.Paypal is also permissible with a 3%surcharge to cover the transaction fees.(We would also require a $900 security deposit which will be returned upon leaving(assuming no damages of course)*More photos of the house can be sent upon request.You won"t be dissapointed,the house is very clean and convient for your travels to the inauguration festivities!!!
