NYPD Officers Retaliate against Dirt Bike rider over Officers being Suspended over ATV incident

#CopwatchPatrolUnitCPU - Remember when a #NYPD Officer from the 47Pct. pulled a gun out on a ATV rider and had his Gun & Badge stripped from him...Well an Unmarked NYPD Vehicle on March 17, 2016 on 173 Street in Washington Heights just retaliated against a Dirt Bike rider by chasing and slamming the back of his bike which threw him off the Bike which left him injured on the floor...It is NYPD Policy to not chase these bikes because it puts both the pedestrians and and the motorists in danger..SEE ARTICLE.. http://nypost.com/2013/06/24/nypd-let... However, "Copwatch Patrol Unit" (CPU) believe that this was a Deliberate Act by the NYPD in retaliation for that Officers Suspension....
