NYPD Transit Division 4 Criminalizing High School Students on 1st day of School
It's sad that our youth are targeted while they are leaving School to go home. There are several schools that are in the vicinity of the 116 Street train station and at 3pm the MTA opens the gate to allow the students to go through because it's just so many students coming through. However, we all know that it takes a few days for students to get their Subway Student Passes, especially being that it was the first day of School. These Officers were targeting these students and profiled who they felt was a bad boy & snatched them up, knowing they were students just trying to make it home. The MTA did the right thing and the Plainclothes Officers used it as a trap to Criminalize Youths that are in school trying to move up in life.

I don't care what fancy name you put on this kind of traffic enforcement, but the matter remains that he does thorough checks on people of color & that's what the video shows!!

23Pct. NYPD Profiling Out-of-State Black Motorist with 6 year old child looking tramatized
Why So much HEAVY police presence for just a mere seatbelt violation? Or was it because the original pull over was first a Black person with out-of-State Texas Plates in the middle of Harlem with tints? In the midst of all this heavy police presence & profiling, you can see the face of a 6 year old girl looking scared and confused.
