NYC Expands Vaccine Mandate to Whole Private Sector, Ups Dose Proof to 2 and Adds Kids 5-11

All private-sector workers in New York City will be subject to the mayor's vaccine mandate starting Dec. 27, affecting 184,000 businesses, while vaccine proof for indoor dining, fitness and entertainment will be required for children ages 5 to 11, according to a toughened vaccine mandate announced by Bill de Blasio Monday.

The current rule will also expand to require two vaccine doses instead of proof of only one as far as people age 12 and older are concerned, the mayor said. That excludes people who were vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson's single-dose shot.

Kids aged 5 to 11 only need to show proof of one dose when the requirement for them kicks in on Dec. 14, considering they only first became eligible for their initial doses in early November and must wait at least 21 days between Pfizer's doses.

Given that’s the case, the entire logic of vaccinating a population to “stop the spread” is assbackwards. Vaccinating the population will reduce the chances of dying or getting seriously sick.

The problem is that healthy kids have an almost zero chance ofgetting seriously sick with Covid (1 in about 1 million). They do have a small but very real chance (1 in 50,000) of coming down with myocartiditis. The media tries to act like myocartiditis is a minor issue. Studies show that people who had myocartiditis live on average 10 years less. And you are in the hospital for 4 days (at least) to recover.

In order to find out how many people get myocartiditis, you have to follow every person who got the vaccine, and then test them for it. The numbers that you posted are the number of people that showed up to the hospital that were determined to have myocartiditis, and recently got the vaccine. Those numbers are seriously underreported.

But even if I accepted those numbers, which no real researcher pre 2020 wouldever have. The numbers are for EVERY age group and myocartiditis. Myocartiditis incidents with the shot are rare in older people and very prominent in young people especially males. So the numbers you quote above do NOT apply to young people.

If you want to get a true scientific study, which was done on young people Israel did one. Of course you never heard of it, because it said something you don’t want to hear. It found that 1 in 50,000 young people got myocartiditis when they got the vaccine.

The last extremely misleading thing about what you posted above is that they say you are “more likely” to get myocartiditis from Covid than the vaccine. As I said above the vaccine does not prevent you from getting Covid. So it’s a logical inaccuracy to make the comparison. A person who gets the vaccine, can later get Covid (in fact they more than likely will). Then they’ll have the risk of myocartiditis from the vaccine, plus the risk from Covid.
