Founded by Chef Lance Knowling, Chef Maxcel Hardy and Alize Beal, the Black Chef Summer Series is a nine week highlight of amazing African American chefs with diverse and distinctive palettes and skill set from across the country. Taking place at BluJeen, this Monday night series invites foodies the opportunity to explore the wide range of variety that these chefs have to offer. BCSS will complement each magically and tasteful evening with charity offering the Chef of the night the opportunity to give 15% of the proceeds to the charity of his or her choice. Each Monday, the chefs will present multiple courses filled with flavor, the beat of Harlem and a signature cocktail.
