Sensitive.
I don't even think that's in doubt at this point.
Are we really talking about redeeming quality?
The reality is, people that pretty much agree with my politics know that if they post ANY good thing about Romney, it would be distorted to high hell.
In the grand scheme of things, you're either going to vote for President Obama, or you not.
You either going to believe that President Obama *without any evidence otherwise* can magically repair this economy. If you believe that, then you should vote for the president.
This election is about President Obama FIRST. This is why you're not getting any debates out of my side.
Obviously, you're not going to vote for Romney. So please, for your sanity, quit wasting your time trying to bait. It's not going to work.
Word of advice, how about focusing on the good things President Obama can run on. That's the only thing you can do.

AAA, as always wants to judge Democrats and republicans by two different standards.
It's not about Romney, it's about president Obama?![]()
Yep. But I think the real error is ALWAYS simply reducing judgment, thought, argument, analysis, etc., to democrats and republicans.

Post something good about Romney that's true and no amount of "distortion" will make it false.
It's just hard to come up with that kind of stuff.
No one said anything about magic. Pass the infrastructure bills he and the Democrats have put forth, that's a proven job creator. "Obamacare" has been the engine that's kept the healthcare industry as a pretty constant job creating industry, that's proven, that's not magic and that's evidence.
It's not just about President Obama, it's about the guy who wants the job and says "I can do better" and so we want to see the evidence of that. If he's your guy, show us that evidence.
Being an idealogue has put you in a horrible position. Just based on your ideology, you have to support the worst and most dishonest candidate in modern history with nothing concrete to back you up.

I don't dislike Mitt Romney because he's a Republican. He's proven himself to be dishonest, dishonorable, and his math doesn't add up. Why vote for him?
As I've said before, I've voted for Republicans before and I'm open to it again but if you're so blatantly full of sh!t that your own people can't really defend you, why would I even consider voting for you?
I can defend Romney, I just choose not to. It makes no difference one way, or another.
At the end of the day, President Obama will have to defend his record. It's up to the American voting public to choose if they want President Obama back, or not. It's the same with any incumbent, during any other election. I defended Bush when EVERYONE was saying that he was the worst president ever *even worse than Carter*. Now, it's you're job to defend President Obama.

Republican National Chairman Michael Steele told 200 DePaul University students Tuesday night.
Well, don't vote for him.

and many more of us have and will UD, sometimes intentionally and sometimes when we voted for certain democratic candidates, i.e., what are some conservative democrats, but . . . ?
I don't think we would be nearly as susceptible to being characterized as 'married to the democratic party' if so many republicans didn't make it so hard for me (us) to support them by doing and saying things offensive to us or things just plain contrary to our interest - - while in hot pursuit of certain segments of the white vote.
Whether Michael Steele meant it this way or not, in my opinion it is nevertheless true:

Sometimes, the better response is just:
. . . than to go and open your mouth:
and remove all doubt that you had a meaningful defense of Romney, in the first place.
I can defend Romney, I just choose not to. It makes no difference one way, or another.
That's not true. It's about the incumbent and the person wanting to replace him.
Bush isn't/wasn't the worst ever but he was worse than Carter.
And you've tried to defend Romney, you just haven't done a good job. But that's not your fault. He's just a horrible candidate with no details offered to really defend and no positions taken he hasn't been on the opposite side of.

Michael Steele's high water moment as head of the RNC.
You can't have your Presidential candidates saying Black people should learn how to make their own money than taking other people's (Rick Santorum) and expect Black folks to even entertain a Republican candidate.
Leaves you open for the counterpunch you're clearly not able to defend against.
Mittens has made some of these guys the debate equivalent of Arturo Gatti so people like me have to play Floyd Mayweather.
I just got a question to all you Repulicans...what happened to all the "One Term President" chants the GOP were echoing to each other not too long ago? Still believing in that bullshit or has reality sat in yet?![]()
Again. It really doesn't matter if we *the people who supports the right on this forum* defends Romney position, or not. Who are we going to persuade on this board?
Nobody because he has nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought you were just expressing your opinion (like the rest of us).
Were YOU TRYING TO CONVINCE ???![]()
If so, obviously you failed -- mainly because you did such a poor job, and on top of that, YOU QUIT.![]()
You don't have to persuade me. I'm just curious to hear from someone how would life be better under a Romney presidency? In what area do you believe he's better than Obama?
They know he ain't shit but they'll take him over Obama simply because he has an R in front of his name.
Well, then, you have nothing to worry about.

I can spell out why I'll be voting for Obama. I can even tell you the things I don't like that he's done. All I ask is for someone, anyone to do the same with Willard Romney, since he's the guy that wants to be POTUS and some feel would do a better job.

Same here. I can explain why I'm voting for Obama, what I don't like, what I expect and why I think he'll be better than any clown running. I'm not just voting against Mitt Romney. I'm actually for something. At least in 2008 McCain supporters could articulate about his ability to cross the isle and govern from the middle and boast his foreign policy experience. With Romney, his claim to fame is a one and done govenor and a 10 year running presidential candidate. His ace of spades was his expertise on the economy but after the forensic autopsy they're doing on his Bain experience, what has they guy got left? That's all I'm asking![]()
Says Arturo Gatti in the third round against Floyd Mayweather
for you non-boxing fans, check that beating out on YouTube. It doesn't take long.
I do not sense a real answer coming from any of them but at least AAA has stood in and took the beating his compatriots lackk the courage and integrity to take.
btw, this was dead on

Again, for what?
I know why I'm voting for Mitt. I know what the dude stand for. However, I know the game on here. Anything that I deem as a positive, will be distorted into a negative.
I'm way pass the days of trying to convince folks on here.
Besides, Dave, you should be happy. President Obama might win in a landslide.![]()
If it's true, it can't be distorted.
Up until recently the "for what?" has been because this is a messageboard focused on Politics so we exchange ideas, often heatedly. It should never been about convincing anyone because anyone that comes to a political board already has their minds set in some way or another.
Please, if you do nothing else, tell me what he stands for. I'm begging you to tell me what Mitt Romney stands for but you need to hurry before he changes his mind...again.
