Unfortunately, this is probably not the place for this topic, but a lot could benifit from this treatment if they can get over their homophobia.

Good Post.

I used to get them regularly. I've fell off recently but hope to pick it up again.

My trainer always suggests it before revamping a diet and ramping up on workouts.

And even Dr. Oz said it can't hurt although he thinks eating better is the best option.

The location is right. These simps better wake the fuck up. This shit will take you out.:hmm:

Know a few people who swear to it and I said I would try it one day, but dayum that shit don't look right, if you know what I mean! But you got to do what you got to do sometimes in the name of good health!
I wonder if getting done while smash becomes counter productive!

So is that supposed to be like the magic bullet that gets your body back on track after taking in too much bad food with a bad lifestyle? Do you feel an immediate difference?

I can't say I felt an immediate difference. It took a couple of days to notice a less bloated feeling.

But I did find that there was an ease in movements and they were more often, which is healthy for you.

Remember that impacted fecal matter lines your colon. Your colon can be as long as 6 ft depending on how tall you are and it's folded in your body. The remaining fecal matter then hardens and becomes food for parasites to feed on.

To get a better understanding, here's a visual:

Imagine a long hose in your background that is rolled up and had sat in your yard for years. Imagine that the hose was packed with mud at one point but you squeezed it out. Of course there is going to be some residue in the lining of that hose and the only way to get it out as to flush some water through the hose.

If you take a crap at least 2-3x a day you should be fine and may need to get a colonic only yearly, but most people don't with the garbage we eat. Natural digestive enzymes are depleted from our daily diets. You can however, purchase digestive enzymes at GNC or your favorite health food store to assist with becoming more regular.

Wouldn't you get the same effect by increasing your fiber? More fruit, oatmeal, or even a couple of spoonfuls of Metamucil at night?

It's no good for you, although the damage is very small & temporary if you get it done rarely. When you flush, all the good bacteria gets flushed out with everything else, and the pH of the colon is altered for a short time as well. You are better off taking some dietary fiber and water. You will feel the effects pretty quickly, and it won't alter anything else.

:dance:Got mine in September (colonoscopy that is). Wifey is getting her's next month.

GIT'R DONE BROS!!!

:smh: These are not good for you and a shock to the body. Ask any Physician they will tell you unless you have a blocked lower intestine or some kind of colon problem you do not need this done. This is not good for you. :smh:

Ultimate cleanse for me I'm starting it monday
many I know do this twice a year.

Thank you so much for this video. I definitely plan on getting my colon cleanse in the near future.
My mother died of colon cancer and it's been haunting me ever since.

Sometimes my stomach growls and I know its probably hunger but every time it happens, it scares the shit outta me.

Props fam, I was just to start a thread on the colon and how people have said that "Death Starts in the colon"

I had one of my boys die from colon cancer and he wasn't even 40 YEARS OLD when he died....I also have an aunt who has it, but it's in remission (thank God)

The Pros and Cons of Colonics
What Are the Benefits? What Are the Risks?

there are no pro or cons to it get it done I as a black man had it done if i had not, I was told that my life would have been over, the myth is just that a myth as a man who care about my race. I recomend that it should be done. Black Men let's live so our seeds may live!

I had that shit done 4 yrs ago. In my job(FF), I dont always get to eat right and just gotta grab although I work out at the house in my spare time. I gotta say that it helped my protein and nutrient intake cause i made some fast gains in the 2 months afterward that i dont think would have been possible without hyfortheraphy

yes. i did it in january when i finished my dherbs cleanse. i weighed a flabby ass 214 now i weight a lean 189 and i can eat like i want and not gain shit. (no pun intended)

i also felt healthier than i had felt since i was like 22, i'm 27. trust me it's worth the mild discomfort of the little tube in ya butt. lol @ cats feelin homo about a medical procedure. insecure much?

they give you acidophilis afterwards to replace the good bacteria. stop listening to bullshit that wants you to remain unhealthy. trusting in western medicine is very foolish to say the least. they're the same people that want natural vitamins and supplements banned for profit.

I did it and I really hated it. Forget the tube. The feeling of your insides being filled to capacity with water was highly unpleasant. Then not only are you watching all the shit come thru the tube but so is the colonic giver. Fucking horrible.

Besides the fact that leafy greens comprise approximately half my diet and I eat no refined flours or sugars, megadopholous and enzymes are a daily part of my diet and I do a psyllium cleanse about once every 6 weeks or so.

nope to that, its all about eating ther right food , if you keep eating them nasty foods then you are back to square 1, what you ought to do instead is to get some good digestive enzymes , more alkaline food/drinks(google it) to alkaline your body
and some good source of dietary foods , even metamucil on an empty stomach before going to sleep and some probiotics
