Sorry for the long wait but here are the books that I said I would get to you. Some of the books are about 6-max cash games but I still think they will help with your post flop thought process.

Thx. Will check it out. After claiming first place in a 24 person tourney last Sun I made several post flop mistakes in two similar tourneys on Wed. Which landed me 5th and 7th......but its like Ricky bobby.....if you ain't first.........

Preflop betting can prove difficult. With AK I'm never really sure what to bet.... 2 or 3 times the big blind, or two or three times the total pot.... Any suggestions?

At the min I will raise 3x at the minimum, but normally since I play 1/2 it is a 6x raise or better depending on how many people are in the pot. I want to get rid of all those low pairs, and as many mediocre hands as possible. AK is a great hand to steal the blinds especially since after the flop if you don't hit any pair can beat you. I am a firm believer of taking the hand down when you are winning or ahead and remember even against pocket Q's you still have 6 outs to a players 2 outs to hit the set.
