But in high school playing around in non required practice with lil to no contact i could lock down our best wide reciever.

These DB's....do not know how to improvise or the offensive coordinators are shitty or the refs not letting them play.

I mean great offense beats great defense but now this new NFL slightly better that avg offense still beats great defense.

I mean remember teams would take a knee going into half time....now teams with 14 seconds left trying to get points before the half.....goes to show how shitty defense is

Its not that defenses are shitty. Its the rules in place that hamper a defense. Also with all that boycotting and folks turning the tv off the NFL had to bring some excited to spark interest. The same way the MLB had the home run years then wanted to frown upon PED usage. Scoring sells tickets and the NFL is gone allow it. No one wants to see a 10-3 game on monday night football.

This is a golden age of QBs...mixed with a low point of quality CBs. There was some decent front-line d-play in that KC/LA game. I believe there were 3 defensive touchdowns in that game plus a bunch of 2nd and 3rd string corners.

Personally I'm enjoying this.

Football was and will always be the top sport, but I understand their desire to grow the sport even more. I personally like to watch both sides of the ball. The NFL knows they have guys like me regardless, so they are going for the casual fan and millennials who want shit right NOW!!!
