NM judge accused of raping hooker when she objected to cunnilingus caught on tape (tape not included)

All while she secretly videotaped the ‘assault’ and then put a copy of the tape up for sell instead of calling the cops.
Apparently this all went down (no pun intended) last Tuesday when Judge Albert “Pat” Murdoch was arrested and charged with criminal sexual penetration and intimidation of a witness (no mention of charges of assault with a friendly weapon). Murdoch has been a judge for the last 26 years.
According to published reports that all seem to be taking this completely seriously (we hear at JohnTV however smell a rat, though not a reflection on the victim’s personal hygiene) the judge was a regular customer of the victim’s and met her when he responded to her online prostitution ad. The admitted prostitute and alleged victim has not been identified but is described in court papers as a Hispanic female.
The victim reportedly told police she had visited the judge’s home on at least 8 occasions and each time was paid $200 for sexual intercourse, with 6 of those times being sans-cunnilingus. However on the 7th visit the ‘victim’ claims The Judge forcibly performed oral sex on her even though she claims she was clearly not agreeable to it. And, like any sexual assault victim, she responded by agreeing to see him again and this time brought a super secret cunnilingus cam with her to record the entire event. The problem however is that the videotaped evidence was not turned in to police and was instead put up for sell.
According to published reports, police first learned of The Judge’s activity and the video from a confidential informant (aka, snitch) who told them the tape could be had for a mere $400 (and by tape we are assuming they meant disc [as in DVD] and not ‘tape,’ as in VHS, unless they are really behind on technology).
The police then used their porn budget to obtain a copy of the video and confirmed it indeed starred one Judge Murdoch as “the tongue,” and one female prostitute as either the stupidest sexual assault victim on the planet or one conniving, money seeking, blackmailing, SOB.
As almost an afterthought, police are now admitting the victim’s motives are unclear – duh – and may have included blackmail.
The witness intimidation charge stems from the victim allegedly posing hypothetical questions to Murdoch about what he would do if a woman were to make allegations about him. Murdoch allegedly responded that he would use his police and other connections to take care of the situation.
Murdoch was released from jail on bond. If convicted he could face up to five years in prison.
No word on whether or not the prostitute victim would face any charges.
