Diamond Alexander was Miss San Diego 2015 and 3rd Runner-Up to Miss California (MAO), encouraging college students to live healthier and happier lives through her year-long platform. A life-long foodie, Diamond graduated from Oklahoma State University with an interdisciplinary degree in Food & Nutritional Sciences and volunteered with OSU Football’s after-practice snack bar. An aspiring Food Network show host, she enjoys cooking and baking vegan dishes for family and friends and looks forward to sharing her food with many more people in the future.
