New ipod look search engine...Beta test available....looks cool

I saw this on NBC news this morning at 6:30 and they were offering 5000 Beta try out slots for this....it looks real nice and will supposed available to the regular public in about 2 weeks they said...

1) Go to NBC.com/technology

2) click the searchme link.....and then continue and register..there were 4880 slots left when I registered for the Beta....


I like it...even tho it isn't touch screen shit like the ipod...you can visually see the pages instead of looking at a list of ur results, and you can edit ur search to see both...This is what I got when I typed in "Yankees"...

Bump for the tech geeks. This search engine is cool, props to the OP. It's a cross between the iPod touch & Firefox's CoolIris app.
For those interested: The link is down on NBC's website, but go to http://www.searchme.com and the beta tester info is right there.
