Alright I finally gave it a full listen and this damn sure isn't a mid album.

If we were going on a grading system I'd give it a B+ or 4 out of 5 mics

I'm saying.

I can listen to Shaboozey and rate it on its own terms. Its not my preferred music but I get it and understand why its popular. Same with Taylor Swift and Travis Scott and Drake and Doechii and Glo-rilla.

Like them or hate them I get it.

But hip hop? I aint really trying to go back and forth. Personally? I dont like the Chronic much. But I KNOW what that is
Dre is probably the best rap producer ever. But he isn't my FAVORITE. I think all that can be true .

They're doing too much and ironically doing the same shit that they're complaining others are doing.

The thing is going from a point of greatness and then immediately dropping to mid is a steep drop.

That would be going from a 5 to 2.5 as if there isn't anything between that.

If they think Euphoria and not like us is a 5 for example that doesn't mean the Clipse can't be a 4 or even 3.5.

I understand some of what Bomani is saying but this argument does reak of contrarianism.

Clipse album is so well made that it’s almost hard to take the opinion of someone saying it’s “mid”.
