FOr Us born in the 80s and before remember the only black kicker and punter, Reggie Roby (mentioned) and Donald Iguebuike (sp) kicker for the buccaneers in the 80s

The best punter in the league is Black, he went to an HBCU.
Jon Gruden's racist ass released him and he signed with the Broncos but got hurt, they gave him an injury settlement and released him, he'll probably be back in 2019
As for Black kickers and punters, nobody practices it.
When I was growing up, there were no extra fields or catch nets to practice kicking and punting. Kicking a football is hard and takes alot of practice.
