need info on starting ringtone company

I know that this has been done too many times but I want to know what are some of the software out there that can actually send the ringtone to your phone. I would like to create my own ringtones and even customize also. I have to software to create it but what would I need to do or what software would I need to have to ringtones delivered to the phone? thanks

Theres company's you can pay that will send the sms for you but you will basicly need to build a website when the user picks the ring tone they want you send the ringtone and text message to this 3rd party then on to the user.

Clickatell.com is the biggest 3rd part provier
