Biggest winners:
Portland will be doing some big thangs in 07-08 til.
Seattle gets the consolation prize.
Atlanta gets 2 picks in the lottery.

Biggest losers:

Memphis
Boston
Charlotte

My Bulls will pick #9 I hope Corey Brewer or Roy Hibbert falls into our lap. All Knickerbocker fans breathed a collective sigh of relief when that pick stayed at ninth......

fukking right

fukk the bulls getting durant or oden. if y'all can come up with something quality at the ninth spot, more power to you

The Hawks just can't catch a break. The get both picks but they ended up third where the main people mentioned at that spot don't fit(Brandan Wright, the Chinese 7 footer). But at 11 they should be able to finally get a point in Conley,Crittendon, or Law.As for my Bulls Curry just had to hit that fuckin tip in.Don't forget about Julian Wright at 9 if he somehow slips.I also wouldn't be surprised if they took Spencer Hawes. But if I was them I'd call Portland and see if I could take Randolph off their hands cause with all the young talent they're gonna have someone has to go cause their won't be enough touches for Randolph,Oden,Aldridge,Roy,Jack,Outlaw,Webster, etc.

Portland will be the new Spurs in a couple of years with that stacked young line up. Atlanta, if they pickup a pg and a big man, they could make some noise in the East, and hopefully the Sixers pickup some nice players with their three picks.

randolph & oden!!!

the nba will need a name change.

how about the "western conf. basketball association?"

yao
garnett
duncan
carmelo
ai... etc. ALREADY in the west.

most likely oden, durant, & connelly, in the west with noah, horford, etc. possibly going on trades.

phoenix needs "big al" horford bad.

Don't forget about Aldridge, I wouldn't be surprised if they try to move Randolph but with his baggage and contract that might be hard to do. Conley should be drafted at #3 by Atlanta, the Hawks need a pg and I don't think Conley will be there at #11 if they try to wait until then to pick him.

Fuck We Get The Nbr 3 And Nbr 11 Pick

Fucking Billy Knight Is Gonna Fuck It Up Again

I Was Happy But When I Realize We Still Got Old Ass Dumb Ass Billy Knight For Gm

Maybe We Can Trade Joe Johnson To The Blazers For The Nbr One Pick And The Nbr 11 Pick

But Then We Would Be Fuck

Mofo Billy Boy Got A Love Jones For Fucking Forwards We Need A True Pg And A Really Center

I Wish I Own The Mofo Hawks!

ever since Lenny died my squad has had NO luck at all... it's time for me to hit the Goose now...

you know that's not a bad idea about Brewer

I say use Ben Gordon as trade bait to move up in the draft. The Hawks need a PG they could get BG and pick Yi for us early then and most likely Brewer will still be there at 9.

BG ain't no pg, if he worked on his handles for a few years he might have the ability to play it in the future. He can get away with playing the pg for a few minutes here and there, but he's not a fulltime pg.

Man, the west is gonna remain on top for about 10 more years now
I wonder if Seattle will really draft Durant with the #2 pick though
They already have Rashard Lewis who is basically the same kind of player as Durant
If I were them I would trade the pick and get more draft picks so can keep building for the future
Athletic wing players that can score are about a dime a dozen in the NBA already

man no oden, no durant and maybe no horford for the bulls lmao....enjoy Noah! lmao....

Noah reminds me of Chris Gatling but he would not fit a need for the Bulls. We already have Tyrus Thomas. Corey Brewer or Roy Hibbert would be a better fit. Corey can play SG and defend 4 positions he will give the Bulls added athleticism and size in the backcourt. We could if push comes to shove play Thabo Sefelosha at PG sometimes and Corey in the backcourt together(matchup nightmares). Hibbert(big but not overally athletic) can help the Bulls offense on screen rolls and mid post play he has a knack for being crafty around 14 ft in. Even Tiago Splitter or Spencer Hawes would be better prospects at #9 over Noah. Noah is going to Milwaukee.

BOSTON CELTS... ONCE MORE GETS THE BOOT.

Another Tim Duncan situation.... I thought they would at least get Yi...

Danny NEEDS to be fired.

Damn my Hawks didn't get top pick. I know we don't need Brandon Wright. Since Oden and Conley want to play with each other in the NBA, the Hawks should trade the number 3 pick to Portland for Aldridge, Sergio and Travis Outlaw. That would be the best move for the Hawks. Then take Law with the 11th pick.

The East is weak as shit now

I wonder what was Stern thinking?

First he screws PHX

now the Eastern Conference has no Oden or Durant????

Basically.....

It is not to late for the rest of you to jump on the Bulls bandwagon :D . No matter what we are getting a young big Hibbert/Dawes/Splitter should be there if so then the Bulls can just get one of them to bring along at a moderate pace. Also since Gordon and Deng both have upcoming deals the Bulls could look in probably trying to package Ben Gordon and #9 to Denver for Nene ;). The Bulls are sitting pretty cap wise. PJ Brown, Malik Allen, and Michael Sweetney will be off the books. The Bulls will improve.

Rashard Lewis ain't within 2 light years of Kevin Durant. Durant is a walking mismatch that should win a couple of scoring titles by the time it is all done for him. Seattle has to take him.

Durant has potential but dog Lewis is putting up what damn near 20 and 7 in the league for 2-3 years, Durant has freakish talent but he aint did shit in the league yet.

this is why the nba is fucked up

the eastern conference definetly needed a boost

yet the west, the dominate conference, got the two best positions

yep
and with shaq retire soon...wade wont be heard of as much..because he'll be stuggling trying to win.
so the only real big name's out east will be labron, kidd, maybe jermaine oneil, and thats about it i think.

o well
my bulls sitting lovely
number 9 pick..and u almost won 50 games last year....lol
GO BULLS!!!!!

btw..what happen to pheonix?
didnt they get a high pick from the trade with atlanta?
like #3 or 4 or something?
i dont see them in the top 10
o well

Yea man MY HAWKS NEED A PG Badly...I hope we grab Mike Conley at the 3pick and see what big man falls to us at the 11th. The Hawks should make some noise and the playoffs next year.. They have 6th seed talent.

Finally something good out of ATL sports scene.

I feel so bad watching the local sports shows with Danny Ainge trying to put a positive spin getting screwed in the draft :roflmao: :roflmao:

Not that I care about them, but the Celtics 'musta done somebody wrong' in a past life or something, because they are now cursed.

Imagine having two super-stars actually die.First Lenny Bias, and then Reggie Lewis...damn!...that's messed up.
Then, getting no luck in the 97 draft with Tim Duncan...which also made me happy, cause if there is anything I hate more than the Celtics is Rick Pintino.

And now last night

Maybe it's all the good luck they had in the Russell era,has now turned to bad.

But you think of the Spurs having the top pick twice and getting David Robinson and Duncan.Or Orlando getting Shaq after getting Penny Hardaway...and the Celts having 2 shots in 97,remember they wound up with the 3rd and 6th picks...and a good shot last night, and again winding up fucked

I just came back to say  @ the Celtics. It made me smile to see those crackas like    when they didn't get the number 1 pick. CHEAAAA

Hell no. The Hawks should get Conley for trade bait. I don't know why people are hype about Conley. He is no Chris Paul or Deron Williams. I would love to have Sergio from the Trailblazers on the Hawks to run PG. You can get so much in return for Conley.

Hell no. They have to draft Durant. I see Duran putting better numbers or at least the same numbers as lewis. Plus you will save 8 million dollars by drafting Durant and trading Lewis. You have to look at this move as a business stand point. Durant may cause Seattle to keep their team.

Whoa brother. I didnt say DONT draft him. Dude I was quoting was saying that Durant was light years ahead of Lewis and all I was saying was that Lewis is a VERY servicable player who is still young and is getting done in the league. I was saying that you cant call Durant Light years ahead of the guy and he hasnt done shit in the pros yet, me personally I think they should keep both and have that athletic front line, especially if Durant puts on a little beef.

You might be on to something because Durant will eventually be a PF. But SFs are a dime a dozen now. The Atlanta Hawks have 3 talented ones. I still see them saving money and letting Lewis go.

Look theres no argument here sir, you are WRONG.

Anyway the real question: will the Trailblazers draft Durant instead of Oden? Its arguable they don't want to make the same mistake twice (big Sam Bowie!)

Trust me they will take Oden. I will bet my life on this.

Am I a visionary or what?? I smell a trade between Atlanta and Portland. Portland wants Conley even though they have 2 promising young PGs
