MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The U.S. government said Thursday that it is deporting a 94-year-old German ex-Nazi who has been in the United States for decades.
An immigration judge ordered Friedrich Karl Berger’s deportation on Feb. 28 after a two-day trial in Memphis, authorities said. It’s unclear when he will be removed. Berger, who’s been living in Tennessee, has 30 days to appeal the ruling.
The government says Berger was an armed guard at a concentration camp near Meppen, Germany, in 1945.

I have never heard of area 52. I have heard of S4 out there at area 51. It is a trip to realize that only white killers have places that are off limit to everybody but selected ones of their kind. Upon authorizing the deportation the US Justice Department said in its statement. "The United States will not serve as a safe haven for human rights violators and war criminals," David C. Shaw, who oversees war crime cases of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who oversees the Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center, said in a statement. "We will continue to pursue these types of cases so that justice may be served."

Nearly 75 years later, really. :rolleyes2: He never denied his wartime position, and even continues to receive a German pension for military service.
