My Juicer just gave up the ghost, whats good one to get now?

Any deals coming up?

Looking for best juicer , low noise and can do the wheat grass option and smoothie option if that is worthwhile investment.

Thanks

Bruh... trust me on this..

Get an Omega Juicer. LINK

I had a Breville and it was loud and just blah... but I decided to get serious about Juicing. (Not Norwalk serious but regular person serious). It's a beast!

Don't even play with it. Get an OMEGA Juicer. Let me say it again... GET AN OMEGA JUICER!

Spend the money. You'll thank me for it.

I've had a Champion Juicer since 97 and it still runs like the day I bought it. I buy a new blade every year or so.

I bought a Vitamix 4 months ago. I use it everyday!
I use the juicer much less now. Your body needs the fiber provided in Vitamix smoothies. I feel better and will never go back to a low fiber diet.

I bought my Vitamix (2 speed) from Bed Bath and Beyond with a coupon, 20 or 30% off. It is worth it, no doubt.

BUY A VITAMIX! If you can't afford it now. Save and buy it later.

omega 8006 all day bruh...15 yeah warranty that bitch is a beast!

I have the Breville 800JEXL, bought 2 years ago, was $299, got from Bed Bath Beyond with a 20% coupon for $240. That's about the best deal you will get on that cause today it's still the same damn price. Tells you how just how good the shit is...

if you hear about any hotel sales in your area...or something simliar...go check em out. they usually sell a lot of things you can use in your kitchen. I got a good commercial juicer ....which was used by a hotel juice bar...for $350 about a year ago. its kinda bulky...but it top notch and sells for over 1 stack in stores.

yeah...you have natural juicers in your mouth....but who has the jaw power/strength to sit there and chew APPROPRIATELY everyday? Take advantage of all your options. Use your teeth, Juicers, etc.

Once fruits and veggies get removed from the vine, trees, roots, etc....they start losing nutrient IMMEDIATELY (this is were freezing and canning becomes beneficial). You'll never get the full benefits of fruits and veggies no matter how you ingest them. thats why you have to eat more; based off your needs.

I own a blendtec blender. I dont juice a lot....but when i do juice......I juice with the blender. I put in some water, what ever i want to juice..blend....pour into a paint strainer....STRAIN the juice out...and viola! I got juice. I use the left overs fibrous material to make veggie cracker etc. Based off my blood work and over all health...my methods seem to be working.

I've been using the blender as suggested, ginger, beets, kale, all that blended up nicely.

Thanks, I'll hold off now cause I planned to dump some appliances including blender for juicer.

I need to make some dietary changes myself. Juicing has intrigued me for some time, but I'm concerned about the cost of buying so much fresh foods so often. For those that juice, no matter what device you use, I have a questions for you. How often do you buy fresh fruits and veggies for the purpose of juicing? Do you always by fresh foods or do you substitute at all for frozen items How many times a week do you juice?

For those of you recommending the nutribullet, I have a question for you. How do you know that it is performing so much better than a juicer or popular blender (I happen to have just purchased a Breville Hemisphere, while not considering juicing)?

not so fast. the brevelle is a nice juicer, but it uses fast spinning screen to extract the juice. that's not the best method and the juice is different.

i use an omega vert, but its basically the same as the other omega just upright. i like it, but i suggest looking at how the juicer works before deciding which one is best for you.

Discountjuicers.com has a demo video of all the juicers he sells. He even does alot of comparison videos as someone has posted.

I used to favor vitamix, which is still a good blender, but blendtec just came out with a better blender that is quiter, has a wider base so no need for tamper, and produces better quality smoothies than the vitamix.

#1 Quiet Blender Recommendation – Blendtec Pro 800

This is it, “the world’s quietest blender”. So quiet in fact you can have a private conversation while standing right over it. Smoothie shops the world over have the Blendtec Pro 800 sitting front and center. Yes it is expensive, but ask anyone who owns one and they will tell you the 800 is absolutely worth it. The Blendtec Pro 800 uses container within a container technology to keep the noise out. It used the Blendtec patented “batting technology” to obliterate content in seconds, has a small 5th side on it’s four sided jar to push content back down (this is called the “Wildside Jar”) and it just looks super cool on the counter. Oh, and it comes with an 10-year warranty, which is why we choose this over the Vita-mix Quiet One (3-year warranty) below. The single negative was that the jar was only 36 ounces – modest by most blender measures. We surmise this smaller size increases the sound barrier between the jar and the sound enclosure.

Pros

  • About 23% of the sound level of a normal blender
  • Blender’s output quality is best in class
  • Strongest Motor (3.5 hp)
  • 10-year warranty
  • Can clean on base
  • Very attractive
