I've seen Jordan get busy with the handle, but Reggie Miller stated in AN interview that the biggest difference between Jordan and Kobe is Jordan was hard to guard because he was so strong, and Kobe was hard to guard because he was a very crafty ball-handler when he was in attack mode.

Not to mention, Kobe did a lot of 180 dunks in his career, not to mention that reverse dunk he was flushing on everyone back in the mid 2000's.

Those were things that you never really Jordan do a lot of. Of course, it's not like he COULDN'T.

Kobe isn't the only player influenced by MJ -- just like MJ was influenced by Dr J -- he's just the player who had the skills and execution to mimic Jordan so well. And, now (at the end of Kobe's career) it's Lebron's turn to have his career compared to Jordan's (and Kobe's). I'm sure a lot of player who Kobe influenced would like to score 81 points in a game. Good luck with that. In basketball, execution counts more than originality.

Clearly, Kobe used Jordan as his model and emulates him to the fullest. we dont need this montage to tell us that. that said, if you have enough time, you can find any 2 guard in the league more than 5 years who has made all of those shots/plays. I watched Monta every night while he was here. He makes all those plays.

*note - listen here you low reading comprehension bgol ass ninjas, i am not saying Monta is as good as either MJ or Kobe, i am merely making the point that if you are a professional 2 guard, you can make these plays.
