Playing devil's advocate, Pac wasn't shot on the strip. He was shot at the intersection of Flamingo and Koval. And if you're not familiar with that intersection, there's not a whole lot there now, and I'd assume there wasnt a whole lot there then. Just a few gas stations. Having said that, i'm sure those businesses had surveillance cameras, but they probably only focused on their own property, and not the intersection. Then, you'd still have to remember audio/video tech wasn't that great in 96. If there was footage, at best you'd be lucky to make out a white sedan, let alone the make and model, from an extended distance. Hell, look at the footage of the fight from the MGM, the only people you can legit make out is Pac(flamboyant shirt) and Orlando(Marino jersey). And thats casino cameras...no fucking reason why those murders shouldnt be solved!! Fucking Pac got killed on the vegas strip

some of the dumbest shit ever written..Now, Im familiar with vegas, as well as the security that goes into vegas. No need to go into detail as to how I am. There are cameras everywhere. Why, well because just in case someone robs a casino(which are are everywhere, not just the strip) they will want to know where that individual went. So, they put surveillance on every street corner, on every intersection, on every building, etc etc whether you see it there or not. Vegas had cameras and surveillance before the fucking police and highway patrols had them!! They had that shit in the 80s, and have been updating them more and more since. There is no way a car can pull up next to another car, fire 10-20 shots, at any intersection at or around the strip, and pull off and that car cant be traced by cameras. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!!!

None of what you said addressed the physical limitations of video technology of that time. anyone with a shred of intelligence knows Vegas is crawling with surveillance. Im simply stating the location of the shooting and the limits of tech at that time, makes the situation harder than your presumption would suggest. If you can barely make out who's who from indoor cc surveillance footage, from a CASINO, who's cameras catch everything, and probably the best grade of indoor surveillance at that time. I highly doubt, 96' top of the line "outdoor" cameras, at night, dealing with glare from headlights, traffic lights, not to mention lights from the strip, and other surrounding structures is gonna unequivocally solve this case."Playing devils advocate"...
