A parking garage collapsed in NYC on Tuesday.
Multiple people were trapped Tuesday after a parking garage collapsed in Lower Manhattan, officials said.
Shocking footage from the scene shows multiple cars on top of the concaved roof as a woman get can be heard screaming, “Get out!”

The collapse happened just before 4:30 p.m. at 37 Ann Street.

One of my biggest fears. Everytime I take Mom to a doctor's appt at Hopkins we use a parking garage. It seems sturdy but it always crosses my mind that it could collapse with all of the weight on it.

That stretch of road (Vancouver) has those small open air parking lots above other businesses directly below ...
