On Monday January 21 2019 at approximately 4:00 am i Moises Rivera swiped my metrocard 2964787106 27088268 on the turnstyle it kept asking me to swipe again taking money from my metrocard. I did not know until later on that evening this occured until i went on A subway train in Penn station to come back to brooklyn to the Bedford and nostrand station on the G line.
I went to speak to the booth operator who only answer was to mail the metro card in but mailing the card still does not fix the problem. This is an on going issue that MTA does not resolve. I am have the police involved and some video of the incident. I would like my money back for that fare.
Police also refused to submit a report
