Movie Burning / Copying legal now?

I just read an article / slip-opinion that states that movie downloading is now legal. I did not include the actual article because it did not list a cite to the case. Has anyone else heard about this.

NetFlix does allow you to watch movies on your computer but it doesn't allow you to download it.
