Most lucrative IT degrees?

Ready to start Masters in IT field. Wanted to know for salary purposes which is better to acquire MBA/IT or MS/Info Security and Assurance? Was reading on the net that some doctorate programs don't take a MBA for entry in some PhD programs.
 
This is more on the lines of what I was looking for; maybe it will help someone else as well.

If you plan to stay in the IT - Networking :
- MS in Telecommunications
- MS in Information Technology

Certification: CompTIA Network+, Cisco: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CCA

If you plan to stay in the IT - Information Security /Assurance
- MS in Cyber Security
- MS in Information Security
- MS in Information Assurance
Certification: CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP),

Salary:
Chief Information Security Officer-Median Salary $165K,Dallas, TX
IT Director-Median Salary $161K, Dallas, TX
