I am about to start a career as a mortgage loan officer. I'm in Atlanta, GA. I need to hook up with some real estate agents. Anybody can help me.

what company or you going with and what kind of split are they giving you?
You can pm me as to not put you biz in the street.

I will hit you back with some things you can do to help get you out there. I network with a lot of companies and can help you with utilizing some of the same things me and my guys do.

It is truly a networkers industry so the more you have to offer the better you stand to add value.

Zyin,

I'd appreciate the same info. I'm a die hard RE Investor and we have also added mortgages to the business mix. I got with a company called Global Equity Lending/World Leadership Group. The split starts at 30% (to us). No need to PM me, I'm putting it out in the open.

I finalized an arrangement 2-3 months ago that allows me to set anyone up as a Mortgage broker anywhere in the US.

As a rep all you will do it get the appropriate information from your client and maintain the line of communication with your client we place the loan and get the deal closed. I am reworking a couple of things now and waiting to finalize another piece to make life sooo much more profitable for the reps.

the way everything sits right now a rep walk away with 30-35% of the proceeds of the loan (with no chumped up fees) and with us doing all the work.

I am not aggressively recruiting due to a project I am finishing that puts me in place with about 2k +/- organizations with members ranging from a couple of hundred to a few thousand. (that is pronounced PAY DAY) but I am going to pump everything out in about 30 days for this one.

I can speak with yall more on working with yall now, I fine tuning to make sure there are no hiccups (I like to plan around mistakes, it keeps us all making good money)

This agreement took me a couple of years to get set right so I am relieved and more focused at the same time.

Just get to me and we can go from there.

Also there are no cost of membership or anything like that. You will have to get your business cards to represent the company though. (what can I say, I run the print company)

YO Z...... i am looking to expand my business.......beyond the IT/Communications/Retail Sales via Internet.... I am interest in becoming a rep for your company....... Just let me know when you are ready to go full speed ahead

All of you cats get at me. I have a bit of insight on the Mortgage Biz in the ATL.

Quefusion - I think the primary question is who you work for...Real Estate Agents are not going to deal with companies without a good rep, and they generally don't deal with new Mortgage Officers. I am a loan officer right now, but I am re-organizing my biz right now. I can answer some questions on the real for you.

Zyin/Real 1/Dacrazydeafdawg - Get at me, there should be some networking ops opening up in the next few months. Plus, I am in the process of setting up some networking clubs in the ATL, BGOL might be the best place to start...

yo

i got my foot in the door. im just tying to hook up with cats. on the networking tip. who does what?

and damn if ya'll got some appraisal companies that ya'll can refer to me....the better. i gotta order appraisals before i close my deals.....you know what i mean? so anybody that u think might need some referals or business....pm me or email me.

it seems that if ur into the real estate thing then this would be another great opportunity, this is the first time anything of this sort has been brought to my attention and i have a few questions, 1.)how exactly would i go about getting a liscense and 2.)how hard is it to affiliate with an established loan company if you're newly liscensed and starting up working solo or maybe with a partner?

you guys don't need help. Open up a yellow pages and start dialing or get in the car and start visiting agents.

#1 reason why a lot of folks i know do not get far in that biz.....They cannot do the simple things on there own(and i don't mean any offense to anyone here), but everyone's looking for the easy way out.
