We are conducting a research study in regards to cardiac procedures and treatment options. We are seeking people who have had recent cardiac events to participate in a paid phone interview. Potential respondents we are looking for can either be on medication or no medication. Our client is simpley seeking to hear feedback from people who have gone through recent cardiac events such as heart attacks, bypass surgert, stents, pacemakers or defibrillators, heart defects, angioplasty, etc. This interview would last 60 minutes and you would be compensated $75 for your time. 20/20 Research Online, a marketing research company based in Nashville TN (www.2020research.com), is currently conducting a research project regarding Gastrointestinal Health. If qualified you would be invited to participate in an innovative “webcam focus group” which will take place Tuesday or Wednesday December 4th or 5th.

If you agree, you will be mailed a webcam with setup instructions, and you will be given a login name and a secure password to enter a video conferencing website. Prior to your scheduled interview, you will be asked to setup the webcam on your computer, and you will have access to the company’s technical support, if necessary.

At the time of the interview, you will be asked to start the webcam and use your telephone to call into a conference call number to participate in an online v ideo streaming focus group at a scheduled time. The group will consist of 3 other participants and a professional moderator. It will only take 1 ½ hour in total. The convenience of this research method is that you can log into the website directly from a computer in your home or your office.

Your answers will remain confidential, and no one will attempt to sell you anything as the result of your participation.

You will receive $100 and you can keep the $50 webcam as a gift after the interview, in appreciation for your participation.
