I think the post above answered this question. Zmaniac723 didn’t like the answer that was quoted from fact, a news article and hoped for the economy to tank next quarter. I agree the uptick in production is just an anomaly and the core issues of why the economy is tanking have not even been broached by the politicians. However, like all right wingers and so called libertarians they seem to have amnesia and try to blame the last 9 months of the Obama administration as the cause of the 8 years of terror heaped on the US by the Bush reign.

I really don't see how you continually make this comment. Obama has gone further on health care reform than any president in 70 years. The process is not over yet. The whole country is not your street in Ft. Worth. It will get done.

As conservative George Will said “A bit of dithering might have been in order before we went into Iraq in pursuit of non-existent weapons of mass destruction," You are a typical right wing chicken hawk. So easy to commit other people's lives for your reputation rather than have some balls and commit your own. Obama should take as much time as he needs to arrive at the right decision he feels will be best for the Afghanistan war. Personally, I can’t see what the actual goal is and how it can be concretely quantified.

When you can pay someone in Mexico about ½ of what an American worker receives with no workplace safety laws, no sick leave and no worker’s rights in a country with the standard of living 1/2 our own, what business wouldn't take advantage of this. I know personally. I was responsible for transferring production lines in a GM factory from Indiana to Mexico. Not an environment the typical American worker would tolerate.

Well for a so called independent, you are awful nosey. You just entered the fray between me, actinanass and others that has been going on for sometime. You are a new comer. Just like a so called conservative, thinking you have the answers with only partial information. I will leave it at that.

Well excuse me King Thoughtone, I didn't know I had to have permission to talk. I get on these boards every once and while, sometimes I comment and sometimes I don't.
Actin started this thread with questions and then you ignore them and then call him out for not answering your questions. You cannot answer a question with a question. Someone had to hold your crappy logic accountable.

And by the way, its pricks like you with your partisan attacks "just like a conservative..." that make this country as fucked up as it is. Always waiting on the sidelines for the other to fuck up so you can jump on them. I'm sick of this bullshit.
