The law isn't about justice, right, wrong, or what's fair. It's about what can be argued successfully in court. The white man has known this shit since they erected the system in the first place. And they continue to successfully use this to their advantage.

If this CAC gets off, it may be the final straw for Stand Your Ground. Lawyers will argue that the law needs to be revisited if an egregious case like this meets the standard of the law.
