A Good lawyer would have had her charges reduced to littering. C.R.E.A.M even in the court system. It's obvious she had a court appointed lawyer.

Hell yeah, them public defenders are good for shit, I learned that the hard way when they told me to waive something(this is when you go for bail), after i paid a lawyer 3k to start he told me never, ever, ever, to do that.

Even with a terrible defense lawyer, hoiw can a prosecutor live with him/herself the sad thing the prosecutor is probably proud of the case. Damn scumbag. More appropriate must be community service and probation. I really hope there is more to this case and there is a reason why the punishment is so harsh.
