I'm quite sure you can contact th Stafford county courts of Vrginia to find some information on Jessica Hall. This is a situation to involve everyone who stands for justice in the community. She's from Jacksonville NC. So maybe that's where her family resides. The mayor and the sheriff's dept need to be involved in this matter. This is a classic case of cruel and unusual punishment for someone who is poor, and has made a simple mistake as all humans do. Please Help.
