You need to do you research. Europeans took a whole continent through armed robbery, rape, terrorism, etc. Even in the last century when the Italians, Jews, Irish etc. first came to America, they did armed robbery, gang crimes, extortion etc. on large scales. The Europeans til this day are the biggest criminals on the planet but I will let you research for yourself.
Black people are not the sole owners of criminal behavior and I'm not saying you are a white person but your mentally reflects that or maybe someone needs to just flash lights in your eyes.

Pre European involvement, Europe was far more violent as an area than Africa ever was (than most places actually), and only a great war killing millions (WW2) slowed that down. African tribes had little wars and such but it was generally, comparatively speaking a peaceful continent in sub-Saharan Africa.
European immigrants were far more violent when they were low man on the totem pole in the northern cities. History books don't delve too far into it but cities like NYC had whole areas completely run by criminal gangs. Police departments were not as big or effective. The Gangs of NY movie hints at it but the fact is our European ancestors like the Irish and Italians especially but also Germans, Poles, even Jews who were not known for violent gangs in Europe despite massive anti Semitism formed very violent gangs.
The lower east side of NY , the Bowery, parts of Brooklyn such as Brighton Beach had very strong Jewish gangs. Meyer Lansky, Dutch Schultz, Bugsy Siegel and others were the more famous ones. Large parts of NY were completely run by these gangs. Police had no control. Even the crips and the bloods had less control over the areas of LA they were located in comparison to the various European gangs.
during the '30s, the wholesome middle America were riddled with gangster and robbers. Pretty Boy Floyd, John Dillinger, and others were robbing banks throughout the heartland. Hmmm...could it be because the Great Depression left people dirt poor and poverty breeds violent crime?
The fact of the matter is the ghetto as we know it was created to be that way. The government didn't do anything post civil rights except cosmetic things. Instead of opening up the unions and public unions and jobs, the government built massive housing projects and expanded social welfareprograms originally meant for white widows of WW2 to millions of black women. They knew this would break up the black family and create generational poverty. Wow, it worked. And now we are blaming the very same victims for it. Some made it. You can't keep everyone down but it shouldn't be any surprise that most didn't. Then throw in the war on drugs which did nothing but increase and fund the prison industry.
Crime is also at decades lows. Even Chicago that Fox News brings up incessantly, partly because crime has dropped pretty much everywhere else so dramatically its one of the few cherry picking cities it can name has had twice as much murders in the mid to late 90s. The Chicago murder rate has fallen of late and is half what it was 20 years ago.
Creating unions and collectively voting for its own candidates brought European immigrants out of poverty to some extent. Massive government programs did as well out west and also creation of federally funded bank loans, etc, which were denied to non whites.
